Self-esteem is a term used in psychology to reflect a person's overall evaluation or appraisal of his or her own worth.

To wake up and feel on top of the line, positive and happy is hard, If you ask me, almost impossible. Self esteem is important , it helps us realize that we're competent to deal with life's basic challenges, and earn success. But it's hard to keep it to a steady flow. But I've figured out a way to encourage my self esteem:

- Set up goals
- Always do your best
- Be proud of yourself
- Have confidence in what you do

Sooner or later, those who win are those who think they can.

Make it big , then make it bigger

Im motivated . I just figured it out .
Today when I went to the school library something hit me. The youth of Sweden doesnt have any motivation, a lot of students in school seem to live the "I dont care" life, I dont care about my future, I dont care about my mum, I dont care about my dad, I dont care about school, but HEY start caring !!! Im so tired of all the drinking, smoking and swearing among teens, just realize there is more to life, have a goal and try to reach it ! Watching teens actions makes me feel sad and hopeless about the future, what if the county Im currently living in will become an "I dont care country" , an unproductive and dead nothing . I dont want to be an "I dont care person" , I want to live , laugh and love, be happy and always do my best, I want to make it big and then make it bigger, I am motivated . After all , Life is beautiful

Walk on a sunday morning

HEY everybody !
I havent bloged in a while so I figured I should update. I went for a walk this morning with my sister in the nice morning weather and I took some pics. Exept walking Im working today, and I also need to do adv. physics for the test wednesday

Hey !
I just saw that Up is coming to Sweden in a couple of weeks. it's the best animated movie in the WORLD, I think I went to it 3 times, and the 4th in 3D) :) I cant believe that Sweden has waited this long to show it. It's truly an awesome movie.

Acne isn't magnificent

Wzup !
Im sitting in my kitchen trying to come up with a cool design for my examproject about acne.
Im almost done with a third of the report :) It feels nice.
